a review of the jetboat from searay called the sea rayder f16 xr. this one comes with the inboard mercury engine that produces 175hp.I have a 1997 Sea Ray, Sea Rayder f16 Jet boat. It has a Mercruiser Sport jet 120XR 175 Hp engine. My question and problem is it only goes 37 mph. Does anyone know if this is as fast as it goes, or is something wrong with my boat. 37 mph seems awfully slow for a 120XR Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank-You Terry

I just purchased a 1996 Sea Rayder f16 and when I start it the shift lever has to be in a certain spot or it won't try. When I run it around the lake for a few minutes then shut it off then try to start it right away it will not start. Only after sitting for a few minutes will it start.
