Changed plugs, air filter, ran injector cleaner through it. Runs fine when warmed up, no problem backfire after it warms up. Any thoughts or experience with this?

I don't know about the t-4 but on my 2010 it was ok to remove the sensor as long as you don't loosen the security screws that allow it to change position .but if you just pulled it off the throttle body assembly you should be allright. So I have been trying to figure out my charging issue on my 2013 T4. I have checked the voltage coming out of the regular going to the battery by unplugging the two wire plug and going directly to regular. There I show 13 to 16 volts. Plug it back in and checked the battery and I'm only getting 12.5.2012 misfiring/running poorly. I have a 2012 Teryx4. I had problem with dirty fuel tank so put in aftermarket fuel filter, cleaned tank and did fuel tank vent mod. Black-Yellow is Ground.
