There is no computer or reset procedure or anything like that, no procedure for regular or AGM battery just put posts on and go on the Kia. I have a 2012 Kia Soul. The ESC light comes on within seconds after starting my car or putting it in gear. It resets when the car is turned off. It also causes the brake lights to not work. Except the radio didn't work. It has a very basic radio that doesn't have a reset button on the front. I repeat, there is not a pinhole size reset button on the front of the radio. The manual shows one, but the radio in the manual is different than mine. There's no reset button. I checked all the fuses just by looking. Primarily decided to go aftermarket rather than pay the dealer $$$$ for a Kia upgrade. I know there are faceplate kits available to accomplish the finishing touch.Select Aux and works fine. I mounted the antenna at the back of the Soul near the hatch and had no problems. A replacement. Kia radio is 650.00 plus 150 install. This was a far cheaper way to solve the Sirius problem. If the radio acts up I will install a aftermarket Pioneer or Kenwood unit. Like.
