It will run at the middle 210 mark then instantly drop to the 170-180 area, and then a few seconds later back up to 210. Ok, I am having a hard time diagnosing this problem. Just this morning when accelerating from a stop my car seemed to have no power (not hesitation or sputtering) and high rpms.
