I just ordered a Volquartsen Mark III trigger kit from Wirthwein Guns for $103 postpaid. I have done two Mark II pistols and they work great. The Mark III kit has the magazine disconnect. Separately bought it is not expensive but it likes the Volquartsen hammer. I believe he used heat to make the removal a easier process.
