My spouse's EAD - on L2, A18 category is going to expire very soon and we recently did Biometrics for GC filing. In case the EAD/AP (C09 category) comes in before or later to A18 expiry, can my spouse continue/re-join the job ?? And in that case do we have to let the employer know the change in EAD category ?
