So this happened to me too, pretty annoying considering this was right near the end of the quest. However I didn't have to redo the whole quest. I ran out of the Vault and left the cave and then re-entered again and came back to the intercom room with Johnny and the scripted sequence played as intended. 1. I have to say I really enjoyed Buried Treasure quest and it is the Fallout I know. Surprisingly it turned me into a raider. I found the Foundation group to be rather boring and working with the raiders was fun. Loved Ra Ra the child and her protector Gail the Super Mutant.
