If you have a 3.31 axle, the only thing you can do to get it correct is set the tire size to 37" and deal with the CEL (P-1635 if memory serves). Or just buy a Hypertech and set it to 37" tires and be done. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells. 37s and 4.30 gears = 10-12mpg average with the camper loaded on trips in mtns and wherever. Best so far was 13.5mpg. 4WD off road exploring for days resulted in 9mpg. Rarely have driven empty but would be 14mpg or better depending. Trailer towing it is around 10mpg. 2017+ Super Duty - 2020 F250, 37s and 3.31s - im looking to trade my 17 in on a 2020. theres a platinum in stock, pretty much identical to how id order, except it has 3.31 gears, not 3.55. i know that the new truck will get 37s. i dont tow very often, but do have ~12k boat to move around. my current truck has 3.55s...The 37s were 43 lbs heaver per tire than the factory 35s. For that reason I doubt I would go with 37 on my Tremor. I plan to go with the real 35" x 12.50 size on some custom offset wheels, the stock tires and wheels are pizza cutters. He may not have realized it, but the installer did some pretty serious trimming of the fender well. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I’d recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I would go at least 4.88's if you tow anything remotely heavy.
