I went ahead and picked up (2) Energizer CR 1632 batteries at the same time to be on the safe side. Supposedly these batteries will last up to 10 years in the Romeo Zero. I replaced it, zeroed it and was happy. Three days, and no dot; battery dead. I hoped it was an old cheapo battery so I bought of box of Duracell batteries, replaced and zeroed. the housing and install a new CR2032 battery in the tray with the negative (–) side facing up (Fig 2). Reinstall the battery tray and push it in completely until it clicks and sits flush with the housing . Confirm that the battery tray is securely latched and cannot be pulled out .
