I did that several years ago, before there were after-market cases with mounting patterns that took the shift rail into account that you could swap the guts into.If you do a doubler , in my mind you would be stupid to use a case you can't twinstick. 231/300 Is what I am running. Built Mine myself. Then there is 203/300. 231/205 ( Been done but shifter clearance issues) 203/205 .. 231/231. 241/241. Not sure on options for 208. ….
