I have used the DLC Unlocker by the way but I might have done it wrong without knowing, honestly I wouldn't be able to tell. If you get it from epic you will need some sort of epic games DLC cracker if you get it from steam you have one named creaminstaller. Then maybe don't run the delete entitlements.command script? Because it's uninstalling the Unlocker. Follow the DLC Unlocker installation instructions again.
