It kinda sucks that governor skills are useless for the player. Maybe if they did it so that non governed settlements will benefit from a clan leaders governor skills at 50% effectiveness. At least they would be somewhat useful. October 5, 2022. There are many powerful NPCs in the world of Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord, and they can sometimes be as valuable as hundreds of troops. Companions can improve your Bannerlord experience a thousandfold and will help you a lot by leading their own armies, governing and improving settlements, or even getting you alliances.You need 60 att points. You get 1 per 3 lvls. So you can get about 33 att points at lvl 100 (which is hard code cap). Add to that about 10/20 att points from character creation and skill perks. You will end up below 60. So even with max hard coded 100 lvl you won't max all skills. Unless you use cheats. 11.Go for culture over name types/stats. Culture is gonna be the one to increase loyalty from a governor. Once you have the right culture then you can look at stats. Go for higher steward level to save money. But even if you can’t find that, your governor will level up in steward passively and quite quickly. 4.
