Maliwan batteries will have a much lower recharge delay compared to pangolin and will have much higher special stats (ie booster chance or amp damage) 1. Reply. It's a Legendary Shield and is a very rare drop from "Hunter Hellquist" (see below to learn more about getting ...I can get a bee in like sub 30 min from the trees reliably. You must have some insane luck to prefer hunter over the trees. Hellquist has a 3% drop rate, so about 33 runs on average. Spawn, drive a car over, take the elevator, and kill him in 5-6 seconds. I'd have to time it, but I'd bet its around 40-45 seconds.A low level fabled tortoise and an auspicious raider com is good for move speed as the raider com lowers shield health so if you get a high level one your shield will always be down. Also the com can have +6 money shot on it, making it good on deputy builds. Antagonist, Evolution/Neogenator (for Deputy builds), Rough Rider, Flame of the Firehawk. The Bee also, unfortunately, always spawns with a Torgue body, so you can just completely disregard the body when farming for a perfect Bee. Short answer is: Maliwan capacitor, Tediore Battery. Forget the recharge delay, just get a skill that recharge your shield on kill, kill a weak ennemy around and your shield is back up without sacrificing any AMP damage.
