Recently a friend sent me a link to all the DLCs of EU4 with creamapi so i could have them on my steam version. I worked perfectly so i asked them for a similar link with CK3 DLCs. They sent me one they got from cs rin (they also got the eu4 one from there) but this time its not working.You don't need to actually run anything, just replace the steam_api.dll by the one you get in the cream_api software, and configure the ini/dlc files and that's it. also make sure to rename the original into the steam_api64_o.dll or steam_api_o.dll depending of how the ini is configured, so you can have a manual backup if the games break, plus IIRC … ….
