Dbd could not connect to rtm server
I just downloaded back DBD on PS4 and it was working well till it started saying connection to the rtm server was not working so I’ve been searching up how to fix it but none of them worked. Try to stop and restart the server again. If indeed the challenge is port 5432 as you suspect, you can try to start postgres on another port say 5433 and see what happens.
