I get in, try to start it by pushing the brake pedal and pressing the start button I can hear the fuel pump coming on, but there's no crank at all (The starter is brand new replaced 2 weeks ago). Its always a circuit malfunction no matter what shows or low voltage.Turn the ignition to the on/run position not the crank (all the way forward) position. Listen for the fuel pump. It will be a low whine from the rear of the car. If you don't hear it check the fuse box under the hood and see if the relay/fuse blown or bad. If the fuse/relay is ok then it's probably a bad fuel pump and needs to be replaced.
