The one in Arx is in Kemm's vault (courtesy of Arhu) 1.not sure what statue you mean, but you clear that temple by just interacting with some pedestals which open and close barriers. Not the best decision apparently, as they will be undead. You'll have to kill them to reach the Wellspring. One more thing you'll have to defeat on the way will be a pair of Eternal Sentinels.
