I like to run mystic knight, but also change to a variety of classes to mix up the gameplay. As a result, I run a 604/604 balanced strength and magic build, which has low defenses. Which build will be the best is based on your play style. Same goes for the skills. The only real staple skill is great cannon, as it is amazingly good.This effectively makes holy aid/grace obsolete but also saves a slot on your shield skill ring by combining these 2 into one. If someone wants an increased heal version (likely could be broken strong) this can be done as well. You can't use an item on a pawn manually except for items with party-wide effects. You can give them the item and they'll use it when they find it necessary. Many would recommend a balanced build that puts those stats each somewhere in the 500-600+ range, favoring M.ATT.
