Likewise if the system is off and you turn the dial to max cool it will turn the system on with fans at high and recirc to cool it down ASAP. just back the knob off a little ...1. The window does work if you hold the button down but only the one touch feature does not work. Its been to ford now 3 times and they are now telling me they don't know what to do.The system may need to be restarted. To restart your system, shut down the engine, open and close the door, and then lock the door and wait for 2-3 minutes. Make sure that your SYNC 3 screen is black and the lighted USB port is off.
