It is my understanding that the Gen 4 models without any backstrap installed has the same reach as the SF frames. I like the 30s and find it to be a great carry gun.

Both the 33 and 30SF are noticeably more than the 26, but not objectionable. I am assuming the 33 is similar to the 27; I have fire a Sig 229 with both barrels and can't tell much difference. The 33 is quick where the 30 is more of a push. The 10 round mag makes a difference for me over the 9 round in control of the 30.The mag release button is on the gun left side on my Glock 17, 19 & 30 and I press it with my left index finger pad which works great with no pain.
