Gmc terrain bluetooth greyed out
Then the radio stations show and I can switch stations. When I try make a call it goes as far as repeating the number and then advises that bluetooth has failed. My phone is compatible and bluetooth has worked perfectly since i bought the terrain. My phone is connected to bluetooth in the vehicle and bluetooth is on on my phone.Posted on Dec 6, 2021 2:43 PM. Our 2017 did the same thing, a 1-2 years after purchase but my wife kept ignoring it. The screen would go black and radio , navigation etc no longer worked but ; it would reset itself intermittently. I drove one day and it happened, then she said ya that happens sometimes.

Sometimes it is required that you pull out and reinsert the drive before it is recognized by the system. Sometimes more than once is needed.
