Tighten to 55-60 in-lbs (6.2-6.8 Nm). Carefully remove and discard the original air cleaner cover insert from air cleaner cover (A). Remove any residual adhesive on the cover with mineral spirits. I was just trying to also richen the idle a bit. I know the pilot jet is for slow speed (less than 3/4 throttle) and the main takes over from 3/4 and up.
