What I don't understand is why does the weapon scale B on dex and C on arcane while gaining more damage per level in arcane than in dex? Bleed with Eleonora aint that remarkable compared to RoB but the uber poise with it on both parts of the AoW, plus the ash of war also is sleek. On the same note RoB got better bleed, got better range i believe.
