Well, Lydia's just gone. I loaded up the game and Lydia was nowhere to be found. I had her following me when I last exited the game, and now she's gone. Not at Breezehome or Dragonsreach, and I haven't gotten an inheritance letter in the 25 or so hours since she disappeared so I don't think she's dead.
