The 2 biggest bugs in franchise mode are the draft revert glitch and the 31/32 user bug. When hit with these issues, it can completely ruin your franchise. When you are hit with the draft revert glitch, your franchise ... You need house rules (must fire coordinator if going to a conference final game etc). Nevermind the "lack of coaches" glitch that bricks save files. I do like the scouting though, but I'm biased as we produced a scouting tool.
