It seems to just be stuck. With that Said if you engage the clutch I can roll it back with the bucket like it was and is in neutral.When this happens, it can cause slipping, grinding, and other problems. 2013 Mahindra 4530 won't go into reverse. I have checked all linkage and roll pins all the way to the block on top of the transmission. The shifter detent feels good in forward neutral and reverse but reverse acts just like neutral.
