Don't forget that Pathoma 1-3 is heavily tested, NBME images are frequently reused, and friends of mine have said that they got 3-5 free 120 questions on their actual exam with 5-8 NBME images reused.NBME 28 was hard as hell. Don’t be super discouraged by it. I was seeing steady weekly rises in my practice tests (189 to 212 to 217) and then got a 206 on NBME 28. I got scared and took NBME 29 two days later and got a 226 and I took NBME 30 a week later and got a 228 which is probably close to where I’m at.

67% on 30 1 week out and 75% on the free 120 the day before my exam. Tested today and it wrecked me. Test was much harder than UW and NBME practice tests IMO. I felt like I got 50% correct today. My form may have been an outlier but I thought I would share my experience. I would highly recommend not testing with those numbers.
