There are 2 reasons the augur is not turning. 1) is because the motor is not working properly and not turning the augur or 2) the augur is jammed and not able to turn. You said you just put it together and put pellets in. Were the pelets wet before and dried or were they a little damp when you put them in?Fire Starter. The whole pit boss smoke thing is useless. Customer service says they make a new kind of smoke that's invisible. Throw in a smoke tube or go buy a brand of grill/smoker that actually works.
