Guest Seating Information. Broadview Stage has a 25,000 person capacity and is home to annual Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) events, including Freihofer's Saratoga Jazz Festival, New York City Ballet and Philadelphia Orchestra performances. At the Stage, guests have a number of seating options to choose from.We are also Durham's oldest brewpub located just 2 blocks north of DPAC at the corner of Mangum and Parrish streets. We are family friendly and even have a kids play area. We'll have plenty of napkins on hand pre-show and post so come by to "Eat Pasture-Raised Beef and Drink Freshly Brewed Beer."
