No power steering, no brake assist, no propulsion. Tried to reboot and got a "Service Theft Deterrent System" message. Could not start the car for about 30 minutes. Then, turn the key to “on” and wait at least 10 minutes. Flip the position back to off for 30 seconds and repeat the cycle.
