As for tracking not updating, it's pretty common occurrence so just be patient. If it doesn't get to in 7 "business" days after it was "deployed", meaning scanned by FedEx, email valve. It sounds like it most probably missed a scan on collection or whenever FedEx scan the bulk batch into the system.This person was able to get a refund from Valve, and through some miracle, FedEx eventually tracked down the missing Steam Deck.
