According to her, the Weaver suit was an overkill against normal thugs and should be kept as a trump card against villains. Danny argued against it a bit, but eventually relented. Personally, I am glad that Taylor isn't relying on the suit like a crutch.

Thankfully, the Tinker of Fiction seemed happy to accept things built that were as good or better as the original as counting towards an item creation. The only exception to that was certain exotic materials that cropped up in some realities. Tinker of Fiction was more 'Well, this is my interpretation of this particular Challenge' with a specific setting and characterization, and a mix of things. And the creativity shown by the four main versions of Tinker of Fiction stories has been nothing short of delightful. Others have attempted it, but sadly a few have died at the wayside.
