Run game, don't enable dynamic FPS cheat yet if you use cheat version, in FPSLocker set game to 60 FPS, turn off in advanced settings Window Sync Wait, save settings. 3. Restart game, enable Dynamic FPS cheat if you use cheat version.So in the case of Luigi's Mansion 3 for example without any hacks if your system can handle the game properly then the game speed should read 60fps, the game framerate 30fps, and the game is in reality running at 30fps. If you apply the mod and your PC can handle it then both numbers should be reading 60fps.
