I’ve tried to contact Uber support and they act like they don’t understand my concern. It’s like the support team avoids the situation entirely. After enough of complaining, the support team told me they were sending my case to a different department team and it’d be 2-4 business days. It’s been 3 weeks. I’ve just given up on it.Experienced the same thing. Reservations are not showing up at all on my opportunities toggle. Affecting my income immensely.
