Feb 18, 2020 · Ruinous extension only adds range to beam weapons (and is specific in that it does not add range to chains extending from the initial target like on the nukor or atmos), while Lethal Momentum adds range (damage fall off) and how quickly the projectile reaches the target.(barring Ruinous Extension, which would get it up to 38m). Also, punch through can potentially be great, at getting more links, however... most people don't really Mod for it, as its 1. Quanta being 50m makes sense based on the type of beam and shape of weapon. I think that Ruinous Extension (Secondary Beam Range Mod) should be +10m instead of +8, and Sinister Reach (Primary Beam Range Mod) should be +15 or +20 instead of +12.
